Refund Policy

Our refund policy covers only small items like accessories with T&C as well.

Item must be in its original packaging
If not packaged, there must be proof it has not been used.
This must be done within 3 days of purchase.
If you have paid or ordered for a large item and require a refund, please call or send an email stating reasons for cancellation before item is processed for shipping.
Reconfirm bespoke request by specifications or pictures before completing the order and payment.
There will be no refund for any bespoke or altered products made on request by the customer. We will not be responsible for any losses as a result of the customer's 'change of mind' After product(s) are made.
Once item(s) are processed and delivered there will not be any form of refund, we may consider an exchange in some cases .
